A BM Luxury artificial vertical garden is born in our workshop: hyper-realistic plants and leaves mounted by hand on solid structures, for a natural effect that lasts. Here is how we work, from structure to installation.
How they are built
- Structural base: 9 mm OSB wood panels — solid, light and ideal for fixing the foliage.
- Planting: selected leaves and climbers, UV-protected for outdoor versions, arranged by hand for a seamless effect.
- Customisation: varieties, colours and style tailored to the client.
- Numbering: each panel is numbered on the back and comes with an installation plan.
Our working method
During production we send the client progress photos to confirm the composition meets expectations; changes can be requested before shipping.
How it is installed
- Positioning: the panels are laid out following the numbered plan and the indicated orientation.
- Fixing: screws or wall plugs suited to the wall (masonry, wood, plasterboard). Drill through panel and wall together, insert the plug and screw in with a washer, which will be hidden by the foliage. The panels are easily trimmed with a jigsaw.
- Finishing: once the panels are in place, the leaves are gently opened out for volume and a natural look.
Production and delivery times
- Standard production: 2–5 working days from confirmation for standard panels and sizes.
- Custom production: generally 10–12 working days.
- Delivery: panels already planted, numbered and ready to install, with an assembly drawing.
