Our 6-Step Process for a Perfect Result
Each BM Group™ Luxury installation follows a rigorous 6-step protocol to ensure an impeccable and long-lasting result. Our team of specialized installers operates throughout the national territory.
Free inspection to analyze the land, measure the surfaces and define the project. We evaluate the type of ground, the natural slopes, the existing drainage, the flowerbeds and the cutting points to optimize the installation and minimize material waste.
Removal of the existing ground surface to eliminate spontaneous vegetation and prepare the base for installation. Levelling, compacting and rolling with inert granular material to guarantee the stability and slopes necessary for the natural drainage of rainwater.
Spreading and anchoring of the TNT (non-woven fabric) sheet which creates an effective barrier against the growth of weeds, while ensuring optimal drainage in the long term. The perimeter borders around flowerbeds and drainage access points are treated with care for a tidy and long-lasting result.
Unrolling of the sheets with uniform fiber orientation: with multiple joints, the yarn must be oriented in the same direction for a homogeneous result. Precision cutting along edges, curbs, flowerbeds and obstacles is performed with dedicated professional tools for invisible joints and clean lines.
The sheets are joined with pre-glued bituminous band and two-component glue for absolutely invisible joints. The perimeter fixing takes place with galvanized pegs at regular intervals for a perfect hold over time, even in the presence of continuous mechanical stress.
Uniform distribution of silica sand (approximately 10 kg per square meter) to stabilize the fibers and give them naturalness. For spaces with pets, the infill is integrated with natural zeolite granules for effective odor control. Final counter-grain brushing completes the installation for a full, lush, ready-to-use appearance.
BM™ Luxury synthetic grass is the ideal solution for creating a small green oasis on terraces, balconies and attics. Installation on existing surfaces is simplified and does not require the preparation of a substrate.
Before installation, the slope of the existing surface is checked. When the slope is already present, installation on concrete or tiles is even simpler because it does not require the creation of an additional drainage system. In the case of perfectly flat surfaces, the addition of a support drainage system is considered.
Even on paved surfaces, the laying of a barrier sheet under the turf is recommended to prevent the accumulation of debris and dust between the paving and the synthetic lawn, maintaining the cleanliness of the surface and facilitating future maintenance operations.
The synthetic lawn is anchored to the existing flooring using dot glue or high-quality double-sided tape applied along the perimeter every 40-50 cm. This system guarantees a stable hold over time without damaging the underlying surface, with the possibility of future removal if necessary.
